ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Tournament Sales Advisor you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience at our stand during equestrian events. 

Maya Delorez participates in events, shows, and exhibitions worldwide, which means you’ll be traveling with the team and working continuously for between 4-5 days in a row. The number of working hours can vary, depending on the season, but we’d like you to be able to commit to at least one event per month. 

This role is well-suited for you who study or have other part-time commitments. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Actively greet and engage with our customers at the stand to provide the best customer experience.
  • Support in the maintenance of a neat and clean stand to ensure a positive shopping experience inclusive of folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to Maya Delorez guidelines.
  • Help to build the stand before the event and take it down after. 

What you’ll need:

  • Passionate for customer service and helping people find their style
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • A multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick and effective problem-solving skills
  • Great energy and infective enthusiasm
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends

Meritorious, but not required:

  • Interest and/or knowledge in equestrian sports
  • Experience in sales
  • Fluent in German, Dutch, Finnish or any other language.

YOUR PROFILE:

To flourish in this role, you should be a proactive do-er who thrives on interacting with people and providing top-tier service. The MD stand is consistently bustling with visitors during shows, resulting in a fast-paced environment. To thrive in this setting, you must be adept at working under pressure and maintaining a positive outlook.

You, as the ideal candidate, should be a student or someone with a flexible schedule, capable of traveling and working for approximately 4-5 days in a row every month. During the peak season, additional work opportunities will be available.
