• Can I reserve products on your website?

  Unfortunately, we currently do not offer the option to reserve products on our website.
  
  If an item is out of stock, it will be available again as soon as we replenish our inventory.
  
  We recommend keeping an eye out for the products you desire on the product page and on our Pre-Loved page.

• Can I change the products in my order?

  Unfortunately, no. Once you've placed your order, we cannot change any products in it.

• Can I apply changes to an order after it's been placed?

  If you want to cancel or make any changes to your placed order please contact us through the contact form.

  We cannot guarantee that we can cancel or edit an order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
  
  If the order has already been shipped before we process your request, we ask you to make a return when you receive the products. 

• Can I use a different Shipping and Billing address?

  Of course! As long as both addresses are within the same country. During checkout, use the "Ship to another address" option to specify your desired shipping address.

• What are your delivery times?

  Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day.

  • Delivery inside of Europe: 1-5 days.
  • Outside of Europe: Up to 7 days.

• Delivery Process to the United Kingdom (DDP)

  Since we are using DDP, Delivery Duty Paid, there will be no additional costs for you when purchasing from the United Kingdom.
  
  We are responsible for all risks and fees until the goods are delivered, we also take responsibility for the import clearance.
  
  The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No hidden fees or taxes.
