Shopping from the U.S.

  • Yes, we offer shipping to the USA. Please note that due to recent regulatory changes, there is no longer a de minimis threshold. This means that all orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, regardless of the order value. We ship orders Delivered at Place (DAP), meaning the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, while express shipping usually takes 5–6 business days. Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, additional delays may occur during customs processing. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing a little extra time for your order to arrive.

  • Yes, we accept returns from the USA. Please visit our return portal to initiate a return or exchange and receive return shipping instructions.

    Note that shipping costs for claims and exchanges are waived, while the cost for returns is $15 USD

  • For all orders shipped to the USA, we use Delivered at Place (DAP) shipping. This means that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price you pay at checkout.   • As of May 2nd, 2025 the United States has removed the de minimis threshold of $800 USD. This means all imports may now be subject to duties and taxes.   • For security reasons, all our shipments require a signature upon delivery. This means that packages cannot be left with a neighbor or delivered without someone present at the delivery address.
