Search Engine Marketer

Your responsibilities will include:

As our Search Engine Marketer, you are responsible for setting the strategy for Maya Delorez's SEO and SEM work and making sure it aligns with the brand's goals and vision. To proactively identify growth opportunities, enhance campaign performance, and stay updated on industry news, you continuously monitor the market and competitors. Additionally, you collaborate with other teams within the company to design ads, campaigns, and website materials.


  • Monitor SEM-related KPIs and develop and implement effective strategies for different markets based on the results.

  • Analyze campaign outcomes and deliver internal insight reports with actionable recommendations.

  • Continuously optimize, develop, and track performance on Google Ads across different campaign types including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube. Responsible for reporting and analyzing results.

  • Manage, plan, and optimize the account structure.

  • Continuous keyword and behavioral analyses.

  • Continuously search for growth opportunities, test ideas, and pursue successful initiatives.


  • Monitor SEO-related KPIs and craft effective strategies tailored to different markets, based on the outcomes

  • Perform comprehensive keyword analysis to pinpoint pertinent search terms and emerging trends.

  • Optimize to enhance organic visibility and rankings. 

  • Track rankings for the website across all languages.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze performance statistics to ensure the website maintains strong SEO hygiene.

What you’ll need:

  • Fluent in both English and Swedish.

  • Experience in SEM and/or SEO, preferably within the e-commerce sector.

  • Ability to take initiative and independently advance both SEM and SEO endeavors.

  • Some experience in strategic campaign management, analysis, and reporting to evaluate outcomes and provide improvement recommendations

  • Motivated by achieving results.

  • Ability to think analytically.

  • You approach problem-solving with creativity and have a solutions-oriented mindset.

Meritorious, but not required:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in equestrian sports

  • Experience in feed optimization

  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Accuranker and Screaming Frog.

  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices in SEO and SEM.

  • Previous experience working with other search engines, e.g. Bing.
