Customer Service Agent – English/Swedish

Are you passionate about horses and customer relations? We are expanding the team and as a Customer Service Agent you will be focusing on maintaining our customer relations. You will play an important role since you’ll have work with the most important part of our business, our customers.

MAIN TASKS

  • Answer our incoming customer queries via chat and email
  • Communicate with our customers through our social media channels
  • Answering reviews
  • Be a part of taking our customers service to the next level

SKILLS NEEDED

  • Secondary education (Gymnasial)
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both talking and writing (German, French or/and Dutch is a huge plus)
  • Good at communicating in text
  • Great Problem-solving attitude
  • Knowledge and/or interest in equestrian sports
  • Be able to work towards set targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relations

The working hours for our customer service agents are regular office hours (8:00-17:00). But during campaigns and periods of high pressure, working hours may vary.
