Job: E-Commerce Manager

As our E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for executing the global strategy to drive profitable growth in the online channel, while continuously identifying opportunities to increase sales. This role encompasses all aspects of e-commerce, including customer offerings and brand experience, commercial calendar planning, sales performance, digital platform management, and digital development. You will work closely with various departments across the organization and report directly to the CEO. Additionally, you will have personnel management responsibilities.

What you’ll do:
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and conversion-focused.

  • Steer daily site operations and continuously optimize customer offerings globally by analyzing customer behavior, web performance, and sales data, then taking appropriate actions.

  • Lead and manage the e-commerce team, providing guidance, training, and conducting performance evaluations.

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and growth KPIs.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

  • Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.

  • Identify and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, including web developers, payment processors, and logistics partners.

  • Ensure that the e-commerce complies with GDPR policy.

What you’ll need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an E-Commerce Manager role, preferably within fashion and with an omnichannel mindset.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Fluency in both English and Swedish.

  • Proven success in increasing online sales and enhancing the digital customer experience.

  • The ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

  • A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (experience with Centra is a plus).

  • A genuine interest in digital growth and technology, with a commitment to staying current on the latest trends and developments in the field.

  • Outgoing, collaborative, and self-driven, always seeking growth opportunities.

  • Enthusiasm for being part of a fast-paced, growing team in an entrepreneurial setting.

Meritorious, but not required:
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and headless CMS.

  • Knowledge and/or interest in equestrian sports.
